One self-paced virtual seminar including:

  • Overview of our learning objectives and goals
  • Overview of Canada's non-profit sector
  • Key concepts in good governance

Step 2

2 hours

Two self-paced online modules:

  • Presented by expert lecturers
  • Knowledge checks
  • Reference slides
  • Finance essentials
  • Legal essentials

In-person

Step 3

8 hours

One full day learning experience:

  • Two half day modules
  • Group discussions
  • Case studies
  • Governance fundamentals
  • Board performance and culture

All participants receive a package of all Board Leapfrog® presentation material and tools as a reference guide.
