Why facilitate

The governance knowledge you have is scarce where you live.

Most non-profit directors in this country are volunteers who were never trained. The people who could train them — you — are busy running organizations. Leapfrog exists to make teaching a manageable commitment: the curriculum, the materials and the registrations are already built.

You bring the practitioner judgement and the room. We bring everything else.

Teach without building

A tested curriculum, slides, exercises and participant workbooks — no evenings spent writing material.

Paid, per cohort

A facilitator fee for each course and webinar you deliver, plus a share of private sessions you originate.

Standing in your region

You become the recognised Board Leapfrog facilitator locally — visible to every board looking for training.
